The Central Election Commission has registered the parties for the August 4 elections in Himarë.

Among these parties is the Democratic Party (PD), which joins ten other political forces that submitted requests to the Central Election Commission to participate in the partial elections for Himarë Municipality.

PD's request, submitted on Monday, was approved today by the CEC. According to the documentation provided, Sali Berisha is listed as the leader of the party.

The Democrats received a certificate from the Political Parties Registration Office of the Tirana Judicial District on July 22, confirming that Berisha is the chairman of the Democratic Party.
