Albanian Premier Edi Rama, Tirana’s Mayor Erion Veliaj, and a number of the Socialist Party officials will appear before a parliamentary investigative commission to testify about the €400-million incinerators affair. The Commission members have also agreed to see from close the three incinerators.

The Commission agreed on its Monday meeting for the introduction of the incinerators’ file, as well as for the testimonies of ministers and former ministers of Rama’s government, journalists, and administrators of the incinerators.

The members will inspect the incinerators of Tirana, Elbasan, and Fier.

The investigation will start on Tuesday and end on February 25.
